• Trash - Sunday and Wednesday nights, please pull the trash cans out to the V intersection in the driveway. The trucks come early, sometimes at 0100 in the morning to avoid the heat. Unfortunately, the county does not provide recycling pick up on Hatteras Island. If you'd like to recycle, you can bring you items to the transfer station in Buxton, 47027 Buxton Back Road, it's near the Orange Blossom bakery.
• Information about fishing licenses, driving on the beach and fires is located in  http://hatterasinfo.com
• We have a fish cleaning station on the side of the house, please put your trimmings in a bag before dumping them in the trash bin, it’s hot here in the summer if you know what I mean.
• The tray for the ice maker must be all the way to the left to work.
• Please remember to sign-out of your subscriptions like Prime when you depart.
